Products and prices. We sell children's shadow-theater books and character sets. Prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and are final. The seller is registered as Osek Patur; VAT is not added to the price. Product images are illustrative.

Placing an order. A contract is formed once the order is confirmed and payment succeeds. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, with a full refund.

Payment. Payment is made online via our provider Allpay (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Bit). Card data is processed on the provider's secure page.

Delivery. Delivery within Israel is by courier services and pickup points. Estimated time is up to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.

Cancellation and returns. Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction-disclosure document, whichever is later. Items must be returned new and unused. Refunds are issued in accordance with the law; return shipping costs may be deducted as permitted by law. To cancel, email info@shadowplay.co.il.

Defective goods. If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Liability. The seller's liability is limited to the value of the paid order, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
